Canvey PCN
New Canvey PCN Walk In Covid clinics till the end of October! Available to over 65s and over 18s who are in a clinically at risk group. This service is for patients registered with a GP on Canvey only.
 
It is held every Saturday between 8am and 12pm.
 
Location: First Floor, Canvey Primary Care Centre
 
Walk-in only, no appointments. 
 
 

Enhanced Access

GP Healthcare Alliance are working with the PCNs to provide appointments outside of normal surgery opening hours. The appointments can be with a GP, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse or Physio. The service is very popular as we are giving access to patients that cannot get to see a clinician during normal working hours.

A new service is being delivered at the Canvey Primary Care Centre providing access to a GP.
 
It is held Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, between 9:15am and 3:30pm.

GPHA offers provision for daily dressings during weekends and Bank Holidays. GP Healthcare Alliance provides a Dressing clinic for patients in our member practices. Many patients require daily dressings so they can be seen by one of our Practice Nurses.
 
It is held between 9am and 12pm. It is held at our Hadleigh Clinic:
 Suite 3, 351 London Road, Hadleigh SS7 2BT

COVID Vaccination Clinics

GP Healthcare Alliance are working with the Canvey PCN to provide a COVID Vaccination clinic for the patients on Canvey Island.

The vaccination clinic moved to the Primary Care Centre at the end of November 2022. The Paddocks had closed its doors for the final time, seeing the end of an unprecedented era. A time when The Paddocks mobilised the very first vaccination against COVID-19.

Following a brief respite from COVID vaccinations the Spring Booster campaign mobilised on Thursday 20th April. 

The vaccination team will continue with the foodbank donation station alongside the vaccination clinics.
